Dick Clark has come up in enough of my holiday catch-up conversations that I'm feeling the urge to rehash. For those that were too cool for school and shunned your typical new year's (ob)scene, your ass was on the couch, like mine, watching Dick ringing in the new year once again. I am truly glad that the guy is healthy enough to get back on the horse. That was a nice sign of hope for the new year. But I can't lie - watching and listening to him was a little depressing. Btw, I've heard a confirmed report that the blonde he was chewing on after the ball dropped was his wife.
